         A New Concept In Workholding

Austin Vises can provide tremendous increases in productivity at a low cost.

A few of the 106 possible configurations

Here are just few of the 106 possible configurations. In the upper right corner are our smallest vises. On the bottom row there are 2-inch and 4-inch base vises. The vises that have two slots on the top face are our double vises.

Give yourself the Austin Vise Advantage.

1) If you are holding long bars, or individual
parts, no other work-holding system can match
 the Austin Vise's capabilities.
2) If you are doing multiple-side machining and
are looking for easy access to the sides of the
material, be it bar or individual pieces, the
Austin Vise is #1.
3) With up to 40,000 pounds of safe and
reliable clamping force, your cuts can be as
aggressive as you dare.
4) Because the Austin Vise can be cut into
pieces, and still function, you can customize
the vise length to fit your needs.
5) The Austin Vises can be adapted to use on
conventional double-vises and double-vise columns.

Rotary table fixtures

These fixtures (green color) are intended for use on 4 or 5-axis machines. They can be secured to the rotary table by a collet (5C type or a larger size) or with clamps.  These are for the 2-inch base vises only and there are two lengths; one for vises 2.5 long and one for vises 5.0 long.
